DSW submitted tenant-improvement plans to the Building Division to open a 20,500 sq. ft. store in the Mission Viejo Town Center, at 28341 Marguerite, between Pier 1 Imports and Jos. A Bank, in the space previously occupied by Cost Plus. They sell brand name and designer dress, casual and athletic footwear and accessories for men, women and kids.
