Tenant improved plans have been submitted on behalf of Smart & Final to occupy a soon-to-be-vacated 23.243 sq. ft. Ralphs supermarket lease space at 26911 Trabuco Road, Alicia/Trabuco Shopping Center. This center will be closing mid July. All of the employees have been offered employment at other locations to avoid a layoff situation.
