New Medical Office Building
The City’s Planning and Transportation Commission gave the green light this month to developer NCA to build a 108,791-square-foot, four-story medical office building on the eastern portion of The Shops at Mission Viejo property. The project, which includes a 636-space, five-level parking structure, will be built on a 3.76-acre site between Medical Center Road and the mall, where surface parking and landscape slopes exist. The groundbreaking is scheduled for summer 2016, and construction is expected to take a year to complete.
